He has served at a Baptist church in Atlanta, GA as Lead Sound Engineer, Teacher and Marketing Director of the College & Career Ministry. He has led several campus groups and activities with various national organizations. He was an Interim Youth Pastor in Atlanta as well as Church Planting Intern at a Presbyterian church in Virginia. Moreover, as a church planter in Atlanta, Xavier was one of the founding elders, where he served as the Overseer of Christian Education. Along with these responsibilities, he is a published writer and frequent columnist.
